I watched the HBO presentation of how it all went down today in First Year Seminar Damn, it really sucks... Iam sorry to anyone who lost someone.

Thanks for the photos, Karsten. Reminds me of a very similar trip that I took to NYC back in 1998. I unfortunately did not make it to the top of the WTC, but I went to the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, ate at the food court under the WTC and shopped there too, played at Carnegie Hall (distinguished high school band week- special invites- incredible), and slept at the Marriot at the World Trade Center in between the two towers.

One of the best trips of my life. The WTC towers were the coolest part, not Carnegie.

touching.. i think it was good for me to see that again ( remember it from last year).. really keeps me from just forgetting or becoming desensitized to the whole thing.... thanks..
