I am chatting with my friend and the PC stop to wok suddenly , I am offline and unable to go on line.
Why?
Some one give me some help please,

It could be:

- Your network interface controller messed up (whether wifi or wired Ethernet)

- Your home network/LAN router is faulty.

- The wifi/Ethernet link is faulty

- There is an issue at the ISP's end
