My PC turns itself back ON & Dr. Watson issues.

Howdy all, I've had this computer for a little less than a year now. Here are my specs:

Antec NeoPower 430 watt power supply
K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI
AMD 64 3500+
Seagate 80GB Sata
Corsair 1024MB DDR
eVGA 6800 PCI Express Nvidia 256MB GT
Dell 2001FPS

I've been noticing this for about 2 weeks now, when I turn my pc off using the "Start > Shut down > Turn Off" The PC turns itself back on after between 20-45 seconds, and I get alot of Dr. Watson errors in internet explorer, I play alot of world of warcraft on this system and dont get alot of problems playing the game or anything, and this is the only problem i've noticed thus far.

Any advice!?

Check your bios for "boot on lan" setting. Make sure it's sett to off or disabled.

You need to disable the wake up feature in BIOS.
