Okay now... I have put four fans in my case (two pulling in, two out) a thermoengine with a delta black label, and i have a power supply fan as well. Asus PC Probe still reports my temperetature at 53C.

What is going on??????????

what type of CPU and motherboard? What kind of case? Be sure you have the heatsink mounted correctly; it is possible to mount them backwards so the pressure isnt directly abovce the core. Are you using a shim?

Also, what's the temp in your computer room? Did you secure all the cables well away from the heatsink so they don't interfere with it's air flow?

did u use asii ??? if u did.. did u put too much ?? onli a very thin layer is need.. thin till u can almost see the wordings on the core....

the casing fans should be such that... the fronts' fans should be blowing in air and the rears exhasting out...

use Vcool if hardware doesn't seem to be the problem.....

Mine runs at 61C (141F) and has always been high compared to others. Im in florida so it tends to be hotter down here, but still. Oh yea, my system is also stable as a rock :)

Also, make sure you have the newest version of Asus probe. The old version that came on my CD with my A7V133 always read about ten degrees higher on the CPU temp. Or better yet, just get motherboard monitor
