My PC is Unbearably loud, please help

Good start. What do you mean by "not perfect?" Have you removed that 60mm fan? Also, since you aren't overclocking you should remove the little blower on the motherboard chipset. Don't replace either, just plain remove them.

Oh yeah, your PSU fan is probably loud too.

Finally, I've really been trying lately. I was gone for a couple years and I'm out of everybody's sigs. I used to be in 19 sigs at one time with a different quote in each.
