Why would we watch YOUR video was my question.
No commentary, no unique/intersting content that hasn't been done before, etc.
It needs a hook, especially with things like the first 25 minutes of Far Cry 3, which is basically a movie with very little gameplay involved (and has been uploaded multiple time months ago.)

I have spent hours watching some guy abuse knives in his garage until they break.
I'd much rather watch this!

There are people who just want to see the beginning of games to get an idea if they like it or not. Too many times I'm searching for just game play videos and it's crazy edited YouTube channels promoting their own content or a loud mouth who won't stop talking so I can actually listen to the game. I see no problem with what the OP is doing.

Very enjoyable actually.

Regarding the videos and the OP, just get a mic and scream some foul language into the video. That always seems to spice things up.

I think that making such videos is stupid, that watching these things is stupid, and then proceeded to watch the videos for Farcry 3, AC3, Hitman, and Dishonored (!). Not my first time, either.

I sometimes watch like first 20 min gameplay videos for a new franchise when i just start it and feel weird in it, like maybe I am missing something.

OP, can you do one for one of the newer Lego games as well as Omerta??

Thanks for posting the videos, OP- I appreciated watching them, especially the Dishonored. Don't listen to these grumps.

I have spent hours watching some guy abuse knives in his garage until they break.

I have spent time watching people "review" dip tobacco.

I have watched reviews of stuff I already bought and had sitting right infront of me.

All of it was better than anything prime time has to offer.

A video of someone playing a game is legit enough to watch.

I made the following video for your viewing pleasure:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4GCCUAk8mM

I was hoping that was a video of you watching a video of someone playing a game..

ps: I often watch gameplay videos on youtube to get an idea how a game is before I buy it, beyond the CGI trailers. Don't see why that's stupid.

It is good. Clean, smooth and no commentary.

The game is like a cartoony indoor (so far) 3D platformer. Robin doesn't really do much, but I am assuming that he has some different 'superpower'. Can't tell if there are skills and leveling up. I like it. Will pick up something in the series when it is 75% off. Thank you.

While playing it you do have to switch between the two as different objectives require one of there skills. It seems like its more of a Co oP game then single player. And i got it for 50% Off on Steam
