I cleaned out my closet and desk at the behest of Mrs. Bernse yesterday. As I did so, I thought I'd take a pic of my games. I guess I am kind of weird because I keep the packaging for the games (a little anal that way I suppose) but meh, I do.

I posted this message originally on a Simulation website I usually frequent, hence why my sims are generally all together.

There are some stinkers in there (Daikantana, anyone?) but most of those I never even played.. just more or less for the sake of having and got them for a song. (I think I paid something like $5 for Daikatana.. and still probably got ripped off). Some of them are games I received when I reviewed games for a website years ago and would never have bought (Great Battles of Hannibal, drivers ed would be examples)

Anyhow, some pics:

Image 1 - Mostly sims
Image 2 - Mostly other stuff
Image 3 - mixed bag

No. I don't like girls.. but I do like Women. And I've been married for 6 years. Spending money on PC games is better than other things.

Thanks. That's Spud the Cat. I don't play the organ.. it's the wife's from when she was a little girl. She likes to play it every now and then.

Nice collection. Look like you are another wannabee pilot just like me. Falcon 4.0, MS Flight Sim, IL Sim, etc. are good flight sims.

I save all of my boxes/manuals now that the small boxes exist. They fit in a cd holder that we no longer need.

You have an organ? And a game called 'Driver's Education'? Your life must be the pinnacle of excitement. :)

How'd you like to have all the money back you spent for those over the years? I think that every time I see all the old games I have lying around.

More than likely blown on something else. Nothing you buy is really a good investment, drugs being at the low scale there, PC Games, eh a little higher maybe. :)

Hindsight being 20/20, I can think of a ton of things I wish I would have spent my money on other than PC games.
