My oven is broken; what's a delicious dessert I can make on the stove?

How do you propose he does that? His oven is broken...

Yeah, you're right. It would never work.

My sarcasm meter must be broken, because most cheesecakes I've ever eaten have required the use of an oven.

do you have a toaster oven? When my oven broke, I used my toaster oven to finish cooking my steak after I seared it on the stove.

The challenge was finding a 4" cast iron skillet.

You can bake cakes and things in the microwave. DO you have any stoneware to cook it in?

Ah, I've got a great recipe for Bananas Foster...pretty similar to this one. Got it back in these days

In saucepan, cook 1/3 stick butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspon vanilla extract at medium-low heat until it caramelizes

Add 1 shot of Malibu Coconut Rum to syrup and warm it for an additional 2 minutes.

In frying pan coated with butter, sear 2 quartered bananas on medium heat

Combine syrup, bananas, and 2 shots of Bacardi Rum (at room temperature) in a fireproof bowl

Sets it on fire! Leave it be for a couple minutes

Serve over ice cream or waffles
