My Outlook Express wont load!

I was copying and pasting identities into W98se for my OE but think I must have copied over something I shouldn't have. Afterwards, it wouldn't load, gave msimn fail to load-fatal exception error. I deleted OE and reinstalled but no change. Any suggestions?
 
i assume you restarted between re-installs

you may have some corrupt dll files

well, after you uninstall OE, delete the folder, (or rename it), then try re-installing
