seems like you could get it to go a bit higher..are your temps topping out here? if you could push another 20 mhz on your ram it would be helpful...

i have my opteron 144 @ 2.7 ghz 192mhz ram frequency with 1.45 volts

It should have 100-200 more mhz in it, at least.
