400 employee's here and right now we are at 6gig

we are extremely strict about cleaning out junkmail and only saving what is needed.


Tell them to clean out their trash and sent items
 
my .pst file is like 1.3gb over the last month or so. i get about ~100 per day...other people here get literally 400+ a day...its sick.

435 employees here, must retain mail for 1 yr (required by law), currently at 235gb exchange store
