wow ... Im running my xp2600 at 11 x 205.5 = 2260 (1.775v actual) sync'd (5/5) with my PC3200c2 at 5.2.2 - 2.0 (2.8v)

My CPU is holding me back ... 😛 (dang it!)

I cant believe this Cosair mem I got. The MB allowed me to drop to 5.2.2 at cas2.0 at 205.5mhz !!!

I updated my signature for the link to my 3dMark.

I ran the memtest already this morning.
Been running prime all morning since then.
__- EDIT ________

The only think odd is the hardware monitor SHUTS OFF the CPU fan.
(I moved the plug off th MB for now)

I just moved mem from slots.... 1 & 2 ... to ... 1 & 3
(dual channel)

Sandra Mem Bandwidth test (v9.31)

1 & 2 -- 2 & 3
3101 -- 3183
2894 -- 3014

3dMark up to 17,416 now also
(from 17,297)

Something odd is happening with Dual DDR in W2k.

I just did memtest86 again now that I'm using Dual.

Memtest86 stated 1014 mb per second on single channel.
But when using Dual it stated 1635 mb per second.

This is a 61 percent increase in bandwidth.

But this is not so in W2K.
My Sandra test gives these results. (v9.31)

Single - Dual

3101 - 3183
2894 - 3014

Looks to me like windows needs a registry tweak to get the true benifit.
