Friday I ordered a hard drive and there was a server error at the final stage of my order.
It looked like the order had gone through but I emailed them just to make sure.
Newegg sent me a nice reply ... on a Sunday. Here it is.

Since this occurred after regular business our team was not at full-force but we have since effectively isolated and eliminated the problem so our store is again fully functional.
