I run.....works for me. But that elliptical design reduces stress on the knees right?

Congrats. I brought one this january and I love it. Lost 20 lbs so far, with another 30 or so to go. :D

We have those nice precor elliptical machines at my gym. VERY nice. Although I prefer the one without the moving arms, not sure exactly why, but I just do. We have both (arm/armless), and they are great machines. Easy way to burn 500 calories in a half hour. Grab a magazine or set it in front of the tv and that hour just blows by.

I am a little curious about where/how much..........if you are willing to share that info :)

Anyway, enjoy you new equipment and good luck in your exercise program.

Yes. But it sure would be nice if it came off faster (and stayed off for good). :)
