I'd like to let everyone know that I have launched my own website. Thus far I have a news cgi and forums (hehe, same cgi forums as HH uses).
Every site starts off slow as I hope you can understand and I would very much appreciate it if you could register in the forums and help make the board, and the site, a very active place.
The frontpage - the jist of it - you probably get by the look. I have yet to add a poll and few other knik-knacks to it which you might enjoy. No...the frontpage is not complete. :=)

For now, post all your small peeves as well just to kick start it...and keep coming back (hehehe)

The site...

I can help you setup some CGI/PERL scripts for your website anytime if you need help with it. I understand it is a very frustrating process to get perfectly right, but makes up for a world of convenience in the end.

Thanks for your selfless support,
Jarrett Hather

btw, you can incorporate the banner as part of your footer, which i recommened to kill the annoying pop up, all done from the control panel

your banner will be under the infopop license.

i think the code is:

<!--#echo banner=""-->

or something like that.

Do you have ICQ? #?

I'd love to put a footer banner!
I'm going to try doing the header banner because it's annoying me!

Footer is always better if you could explain to me how to do it all.

I'm going with the CNET affiliate program because they don't just have the CNET thing but it actually contains news in it which is always good.
See Tom's Hardware, they use it.
