Thank god it has a car port and a dockable minisub. Its almost perfect for any would be evil villain. Secret Islands can be found and landed on and are so last millennium

Must not of actually visited the site. The luxury submarine is named the Phoenix 1000. The company, US Subs manufacturing facility is located in south Florida.

I wanted this to be the middle section of the world's largest trimaran. A cruise ship that offers deep sea dives in the submarine as part of the adventure. The submarine would dock in the middle when not submerged.
