That was my first Skagen - I loved it but the strap is not very strong and mine literally fell apart - but then again I didn't take good care of it either 🙁 The problem is you cannot find these straps easily and have to get it directly from Skagen for about $15-20. My new Skagen has a steel mesh strap and looks even better than the first one 🙂
 
Nice, I have a very similar one. Only problem is I broke the crystal and haven't gotten around to replacing it.

I like the leather strap, I'm not a fan of metal (and if it's the same metal they use for the backs of watches, I'm allergic to it anyway)

It originated from Denmark. The designs are from the Danish couple that founded the company. Production itself is done from various parts of the world as I understand it.

Like this one? If so, you're wearing my watch. Lol, I love my Skagen, hope you like it too. OP, I like that one too. Krunchy, what watch would you suggest? For class/budget/quality, I think Skagen has it for me. Lifetime warranty!
