What the crap? I hate having to use both hands to open a knife! As my knife got old, the hinge has loosened up to the point that I can open it just by flicking my wrist. It's great.

Yeah, welcome to Socialist Canada. Please relinquish all useful means of self-defense at the border, thank you, drive through. :p

I love it when people question the practicallity of an extravagent blade, but drive luxury cars, live in huge homes, buy expensive clothes, have super-home computers, and waste time posting in off-topic, which initself is an impractical time waster ;)

Heck. It's really useless as a weapon; it's strictly a tool. It's pretty dull, not that pointy, etc. But there's nothing worse than say....measuring out a length of rope and then having to put the rope down and re-measure it b/c you had to open you knife. I just reach into my pocket, flick my wrist, cut, cha cha cha!

Ah, but it can be a weapon. Isn't Canada wonderful? :p

Weaponwise, I'd actually rather a good fixed blade with a serrated back edge.

What a practical blade!

I have practical knives. If I knife collector (me) only bought practical blades, he would only have one knife.

Some who frequent BladeForums (me) might disagree.

I won't carry anything on me for protection if it doesn't have a blood groove. Now THAT is evil.

What does ANYONE do with ANYTHING that they collect? It's still a knife. It will still fvck you up if not kill you in my hands.
