Hey i would go Campy too but im a poor boy... Thats a nice bike you got together... you dont like the Campy pro fit pedals? Look type design too... anyway i dont have enough $$$ to put together my own dream bike. Ride safe!

If you are just spinning the wheel in the air then even the crappy brakes on a Wal-Mart Huffy should stop the wheel instantly. I ride this and I can modulate my brakes quite well.

Honestly I have not really tried the Pro-Fit pedals. I am not SUCH a Campy-phile that I felt compelled to go Campy with the pedals, and I had heard such favorable things about the Lance pedals that I wanted to give them a try. Now I will probably get an Ultegra pair for my backup bike (a DeRosa SLX that really, really needs paint).
