My problem is that with my setup with either the DVD or CDRW drives connected as slave on the IDE cable, it will not reach the IDE header on my MB, so I have to have all three, HD, DVD, and CDRW as master

How's the Delta Fan ? Is it loud ?

Well, that all depends on what you mean by loud. I can say it is quiter than my old WBK w/ a delta 7K
