All will run at PC4000.

Second quote from Sharp at DFI-STREET.com. Guy has ~2,000 posts talking about DFI Motherboards so I'll take his word for it.

I you use RAID 0 I will stab you in the face.

Other than that, looks good. Are you gonna go air or water? Are you posting a project log about the case on xtremesystems?

You don't need premium overclocking RAM. Just get some good value stuff and run a divider. RAID 0 won't really give you that much of a performance benefit. You'd probably be better off just getting a single, bigger drive. I'm only running RAID 0 now until I install my new hard drive that I just got today and run RAID 5 🙂 How much is that OCZ PSU? They're pretty overpriced. You'd be better off going with a nice Fortron/Sparkle/Seasonic.

$92 AR

Are you gonna go air or water?
Water, hence danger den in the original post.

Here is what I'm doing to a $1 case I bought at a University "yard sale." Basically a mix and match of guides from linear1.org, I find they produce quality results.
  1. Painting Using both part 1 & 2 in the tutorial, except I'm using a metallic color changing karmelion paint.
  2. Window Mod A nice clean dremel cut backed by plexi glass using silicone caulking. I used "chrome" door pannel siding from pep boys around the cut edge.
  3. Handles Basic cabinet handles drilled and screwed in to the top of the case.

I heard it was fairly essential for a great overclock...

No... Premium overclocking RAM is if you want a 1:1 ratio on your overclock. Maybe you should do a bit more research on overclocking first. You can set the RAM FSB to a different speed than your CPU FSB. There's pretty much no performance difference between value and premium.
