I was reading Men's Health (sorry! 🙂) and it had an article with some step-up exercises and some actually looked pretty good. This took maybe 90 minutes to make. All screws. Overbuilt as I like it. It was also a way to procrastinate actually working out.
You could also use it for plyometrics. That way, it's solidity would be put to the test 😛
