I know you might not recognize some of the parts, but do you have any comments on those you do recognize?
I know you all think that the graphics card sucks, but there is a reason for that. I dont want to buy a good graphics card now, because I am going to buy one of the DX10 cards coming out. So im saving a lot of money by buying a cheap one today.

And if you would have done any changes, then please dont let it be much more expensive, because I dont have that much money...

Don't get an nForce 4 board when the nForce 5xx series is just around the corner. I would also suggest that if you do wait for the new chipset to go for DDR2 800.

Uhhh... I'm pretty sure that MoBo doesn't support c2d.
Corsiar value RAM is better, but that will do if you're not ocing.
You don't need a 560w PSU and definetly no cheiftec. Get a 400w enermax liberty or 400w enhance 5140gh if you're upgrading your card in the near future.
The seagate 7200.10 series is better than wd, and it's $100 shipped for the 320gb.

Anyway, when will Nforce5 come and the new ram thing? And do you know what the prices will be?

The new motherboards for Conroe/SLI are coming out in September or early August.
