Hey did you go ahead and use the ven1 pin and volt boot the vcore??? It is the jumper to the upper left of cpu slot...It will basically add .1v to what ever you set in bios...so max would be 1.8v, but it will only show 1.7v still in bios...asusprobe will read it correctly as around 1.8v...

I didn't do the volt boot.. and may not probably.

I will do the DDR voltage whenever i get my other 256 stick of ram.

Just installed Asus Probe again.

Reads the CPU at full load at 45 C! and motherboard at 28 C.

Voltage monitor reads :

+12V = 11.584 - 11.648
+5V = 4.999
3.3V = 3.28 - 3.284
Vcore = 1.568 - 1.584

My current power supply

sweet

Thanks Duvie for the suggestion!

I set my Memory ratio to auto, my vcore to 1.675, and my FSB to 155! It booted and i am currently running stable! Too bad though that I can't run Prime 95 for more than 10 mins though

:D

Did some testing

Now with new bios

I can't boot at 155 FSB, 1.700 Vcore and memory set to auto.

I can boot at 148 FSB, Vcore set to 1.600, and memory ratio set to auto.

My benchmarks are still sweet and I am very happy with this. As soon as I get another stick of ram, I am gonna try the voltage jumpers on the motherboard.

What were the memory ratio choices at FSB of 150 and above?
You mentioned "auto" and "4:5"...were there any other choices?
Also, what memory are you using?
I found a thread that said that a lower FSB and Mem Bus (we need an abbreviation for memory bus speed ? MBS ?)...that CL 2-3-3 at MBS of 175 settings gave better benchmarks than CL 2.5-3-3 at MSB of 182.
I assume that you are at CL2.5?
