My new microwave kicks butt.

It has a temperature and humidity sensor that measures the temp and moisture in the microwave compartment, and uses that information to automatically gauge cooking time.

I got it two days ago and I haven't had to enter a cook time yet.

It even has a special sensor program for popcorn. Comes out perfectly. 🙂

cool, how much did you pay for that microwave? $200+?
It was $89 at a locally-based appliance store. My parents got it for me for my birthday.

I got a Whirlpool that does that, but it's an over the stove microwave with built-in hood/fan etc. Was a bitch to install. they got microwaves now that read barcodes that set the exact cooking time

LOL, I was the one who posted about that a couple weeks ago. My parents told me they were getting me a microwave for my bday and asked me which one I wanted. I thought I wanted that one but it wasn't very big/powerful.

It's 1.2 ft² and 1200 watts.
