I'm still running a p4 2.26@2.56, 1 gig ddr333, and a geforce 6800 all from almost 3 years ago (with the exception of the video card, had a 4600 before) and I can run any game out there with no problem. I can even run high resolution in pretty much any game and get decent framerates. Your cpu/mobo probably cost more than my entire rig and I still have a damn good time while playing games.

I have better things to spend cash on (i.e. new snowboard, car, and surfboards) than wasting it all on a cpu that is a complete waste of money. I've always been a fan of intel, but I must admit that your dual core will be destroyed by any AMD x-2 chip, especially if they decide to use water cooling on their chip as well.

Ahhh, probably like all those intel guys at extreme in the INtel forum that have not posted in my bench thread there either.

My assumption is you realised you already couldn't beat some of my posted scores (non synthetics) and want to get your OC higher to compete...right??
