Ahhhh, the joys of home ownership (including repair costs) are mine as of June 29th. 1764 sq. feet 3 br 2.5 bath and 1/2 acre of pure bliss and no more checks to the landlord, now I bypass the middleman and send all my money directly to the bank man instead :)

I like it - looks like classic Americana to me :)

Nice deck - looks like a great place to raise a family :) The grass is nice too - I'm a sucker for ncie grass :)

Nice yard.
newer homes seem to have less and less yard space these days. Some only have space for a barbecue grill and a dog house and thats it.

Sweet, how much?

$193,500. The cost of living down here in Richmond, VA is a lot cheaper than quite a few other areas out there, although there's been a smaller real estate boom here also.

Ouch, 70 miles north that would cost $500,000.00. My brother lives down there off of Jahnke Road. Any time he talks about moving back up here I tell him he is nuts.

Real nice looking house BTW. Congrats!

Very nice. One suggestion is to get rid of that wallpaper in the kitchen ASAP.
