Haydn - Symphony No 39
I took a World Music class last semester and I seriously think I was the only person who enjoyed it. Everybody else would walk out grumbling about "this stupid class," and I would ask the teacher for more material to listen to. This is where I heard this symphony, in case it's not yet readily apparent.
Handel's Arrival of the Queen of Sheba was my favorite beforehand, but this has displaced it for the time being. I love the strings; I could listen to this song for hours.
