I've never lived next to a girl like that, but if I did, I'd be pretty happy.

I want to know who that blonde is on that "dinner and a movie" thing, which I think is on FX. She is FINE.

It is when a girl does not appear to be high-maintenance super model like, but just a really good looking girl that could likely live next door and borrow some sugar every once in a while. In other words...somebody you'd actually like to know/date.
