not bad, i really wish honda made a rwd sedan in the states

Hell - they don't make a RWD sedan anywhere in the world - haha :p

a couple of their honda legends in japan were rwd with the v6

a couple!?!?! Nothing withing the last 20 years.

I've found a few for sale online, w/ pics of the engine in longitudally (sp?). they were in the mid 90s range

The engined were mounted longitudally, but they were FWD.

from my understanding of mechanics, when an engine is mounted longitudally (sp?), the tranny is behind it meaning there is a driveshaft that runs to the back. How else would you get the tranny to drive the front wheels?

My Passat is FWD and has the engine facing north/south.

Great choice, what a nice ride :)

I got it for 8k below invoice. So i'm happy.

IMO the wood looks very out of place..

looks like cheap wood to me..

but nice car!

The pics don't do it much justice, but everyone who see's to car, comments on how nice they find the interior. Personally, thats what I love best about the car, next to the smmoothh powerful v6.

Still, nice car. Should last you forever.

Is that aftermarket? All of the Honda wood accessories I've seen have nover looked anything like that, even from their press photos of the optional faux-wood trim. Look liek your dealer is using aftermarket as an accessory.

No that wood is OEM. Its an add on OEM kit though. Dealer offered it to me the way it is.

Its real wood, cheap real wood, but still real. Has a kind of gel/wax coating over it, its nothing like the wood found in a Benz or antyhing though, very cheap compared to that.

One of two things happened here:

a) The dealer lied to you.

b) It's thin plywood with no grain covered by a plastic veneer, like my desk.

that is not even msrp, it is probably dealer "asking" price, which is total BS.
you should look at kbb.com and configure your car and see what the real invoice price is.. if you got invoice price then you did a good job.

Got it for 33 700$ canadian, thats about 26,900 USD.

wow a 27k generator. awesome. You are retarded to spend so much on that freaking lawnmower. You should have bought something else if you wanted luxury (used MB, lexus GS, etc) or something different still if you wanted economy (a civic.)

honda's flagship vehicle is an econobox.

They do make awesome generators though

Obviously he ISN'T. he bought an accord (fine I can handle that) then paid the stealership who knows how much to stick on fake wood trim (rice) then pimps it out with a 'bangin' stereo.

he isn't concerned about 'reliability' for sure. convenience? I wouldn't call that convenient.
