my new built is not showing screen mobo dead?

i have a msi neo4/sli i have every thing in but i cant get anything to work the monitor flickers then says no video. I am goign to reset the cmos when i get home and i am goign to remove the ram to see if i hear any beebs I dont know exactly if the mobo is dead or the video card is not working.Welll when i recived the mobo i saw that the bios chip was half way in the mobo so i pushed in so i think it was flashed improperly by msi. I also took out the sli card switcher between the pci x16 slotes and i cant get it in. so if smeone can give beter instructions to put it back in. Now the power switch dosent work whne i push it it dose not turn on but i think its the sli card.

Video will not work if the sli switching card is out. No power will get to the video card. You have to put the switching card back in to have any video. Just go easy and don't force anything; it'll go back in.

no is there any instructions on how to put it back in i know the video wont work with out it in so i need so help puting it in also i took it out after all my problems to see if it was not ut in properly.

How will i know if my mobo is dead.

The sli switching card goes back in the same way you took it out. Just look at how the parts fit and slide it in. It's really not that hard. I don't know what else to say . . . good luck?
