So heres the box i just built.. last night for my new wonder machine

GeForce 7800 GT 256MB DDR3 PCI-E x16 "Overclocked" Video Card
WD Raptor 36GB 10kRPM sata drive
9 Bay Super LANboy Mid-Tower ATX Computer Case
Aspire International 520 Watt PSU
2gb of corsair pc3200
AMD 64 X2 4600+
MSI k8n NEO4PLT board

all being displayed on a dell 24" lcd

comming from an p4 2.6gz 1gb ram 7200rm ide machien with a 64MB ATI radeon card.
My World of warcraft experiance is a totaaaaaaaaaaaaly new world.

plan on throwing 4 250gb sata drives in a raid 5 config next month or so need some storage for my consulting work this mbx was one of the few boards that supported raid 5!

Nice rig. That's funny, cuz I have P4 2.6ghz, 1 gig of ram, 80 gig 7200rpm WD and Radeon 8500 64 mb like you. Going to upgrade that in 6 months or so. I did overclock that P4 though. You feel much difference for non-gaming tasks?

faster installs, less hessitation overall not a whole lot lol but gaming is a world of a difference.

dammit why do you have dell 24"? I just have Dell 20.1" widescreen. Anyone want ot buy that off me? ARGH
