Hi performance straight sixes from BMW, Volvo and Jag use two exhaust manifolds to optimize flow. 3 cylinders per manifold.

Pros/Cons etc.

I can handle that for him:

Pros:
Fun to drive
Everyone looks at you
Women love the car
Makes your commute fun

Cons:
People think you're an asshole
Everyone tries to race you

mostly true. i love getting into the car every morning, and knowing i'm in total control of the road, and can do whatever i want because of the car's abilities. the handling and straight line power is unbelievable. i hate it when i have to drive another car and i can't be nearly as aggressive.

i love being able to haul ass from a light, zig zag in the mountains or down pch like i'm driving a roadster, yet the car is versatile enough to be able to drag three sets of golf clubs for a weekend round, refined enough to take a girl out on a fancy dinner date, or fun enough bring take four friends out clubbing when they say 'let's take your car and go in style.'

yes girls like it. but hell most can't tell the difference between a 325 and an m3 so it's really not a factor.

having a modest silver color, and not a flashier one, makes it so people don't notice quite as much, but i still at least one compliment a day, and at least one stupid ricer per day revving at me at any given light.

there are those who feel all who drive bmws are assholes, and in truth i probably do drive like one. i can't say i'm helping the cause.

all in all, when you're working 80 hours a week and barely getting any sleep, at least knowing your ride is going to be kick-ass makes it all worthwhile.

i'd do it all over again, i'd never give up my ///M.

But isn't that the case with ANY higher end performance car?

The M3 basically looks like any other 3 series with the Ci package minus the powerhood, M side grill parts for lack of a better word but most hard to 'fake' are the dual exhausts. That is the biggest giveaway from all other 3 series Ci cars. That is the toughest to 'fake' properly as they are more central then the regular exhausts.

I feel in total of my £600 car. It just doesn't feel too great around corners at pace :p LOL but I really shouldn't be taking corners at the sort of pace I do though.

When I had my Fiesta, taxes, fees, and parking tickets in a year cost me more than the car itself. LOL.

Go easy on the parking!

I've had no fines of any kind on my car
