Excellent time. You should be getting 6-7 WU's depending on the WU and activity on your system. That's an amazing amount of production out of a box. My dualie only gets about 10 per day and it's got 2 CPU's!

Congrats!

I have to agree that Athlon XPs are awesome for SETI, considering their price too! :)

Can you define what you mean by tweaking? I just got a new Athlon XP :) Its reporting about 5 hours/WU which I still think is pretty good, but would love faster! :)

What speed is it?? 1700, 1800, 1900?

I was thinking about picking up the duron 1.2 and mobo at Fry's for $100 a few weeks ago. How fast do those crunch??

It's great. I have an 8k7a with 512 of ram as well. My XP 1600@1544 pumps an average of 1 wu every 3.5 hours. My work computer is an Intel 1.8 an it gets an average of 1 wu every 5 hours!!! XP's rule!

I also have an xp1600+ running at 1800 and 150 fsb on an Epox 8KHA+, 512mb Crucial ram water cooled
and it puts out 7.5-8 Wu's a day since I joined the TeAm on Jan 25th. Great CPU and the Epox is a excellent OCing
board.

My memory is 512 DDR and my FSB is running at 266 MHZ, so that makes a difference as well.
