Last nite I shut down my internet connection, but left all my cows chewing crack(?).Normally, during the day at random times I check and the update only lets in about 5 packets(RC5).
This morning,I connected the server back up to the net and I went to flush the cows and WHAT THA?---they chewed 117 packets EACH.Where did they come from?

Well I just checked my daily stats and they suck. There is a descrepency.I will know better tommorow though,I hope.We had 2 power outages at the time the the day ended for RC5 and that may have fouled up my stats.

If it was randoms, where were they hiding in my P.C.'s?

"Randoms" are blocks generated at random by the client. They may or may not count and usually don't. That's because they probably were done by someone else generating randoms.

You should buffer enough blocks to keep your client running while not connected.
