Just wondering, how would i hook up to the signal. Yes, just wondering, i will not do it.

i read that someone printed out a letter on a neighbor's printer telling him to encrypt.
 
um. if know its not WEP'ed then you can just connect. If they have a printer, you should be able to see it, if its shared on the network, and print to it.
