Geeze, I'm the new guy on the block, and I'm just trying to be a little sociable with my new neighbors. I'm usually outside working on my yard/various projects throughout the day, so I usually see them.
Any chance I've tried to make contact with one of them, I've usually been ignored. Tonight, I was outside fertilizing my grass and putting numbers on my mailbox - the older couple across the street came outside to go for a walk, they walked directly by me. I asked them how they were doing tonight, but they didn't even acknowledge I was there (they're old, so maybe they didn't hear me). When they came back, I was still outside, so I asked them again - this time, they looked at me, and as I waved they just kept walking.......
Geeze, it's not like I'm some wacko that lives across the street or anything, I really don't know what the problem is.....
Am I looking into this too much, should I have a problem with it? I've always been very sociable and friendly to my neighbors where I lived in the past, and they have too. :frown:
