my neighbor is such an idiot.

guy has a long criminal history....petty theft, several criminal trespassing violations, probation violations, hit skip..... etc.

so today he is on his way to court for a pre-trial hearing because he was busted for stealing a car and another criminal trespass last Dec.

he lives <2 miles from the courthouse....must have been running late because he was busted doing 60 in a 25.
