So my optical mouse went a little crazy on my desk that has a slight glossy finish, and this is what happened to my Real Rhapsody:

I can't view the title bar so I can't move it around anymore. How do I fix this?

right click the taskbar and pick cascade or tile windows?
it might mess up the size or shape of any other windows you have open but at least you'd get the other one back.
 
"Alt-Space" to bring up title bar menu.
Then "M" for move.

You should then be able to use your arrow keys to move the window back.

Wow. I never knew you could use the arrow keys to move. That is really useful!
