I pushed the cord behind the tower, behind the monitor, the video card, the power conduits connecting to the video card port, I think I tried everything. What is going on?
I have an idea but it is a long shot from nothing.
I have my monitor cord connected to a video converter so that it can be plugged into the video card slot in the back of my computer tower. Typically, it is on a loose connection with the converter since one of the monitor bolts (1 of 2 on each side of the monitor cord's end) is stuck tight to the converter as the other end can dangle loose since it doesn't have the same problem. My assumption is the video converter's IN end (where the monitor cord plugs into the converter) is all mixed up. I cannot remove the monitor cord from the converter unless if I have a special tool to make the one stuck bolt on the monitor cord, the bolt thats keeping the cord and the converter in one peice, unstuck. And replace it with a new one.
Or it could of been my fault. I was looking for some fixes early on as some of you may know. Trying to fix my GTA problems, I went into a folder called PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS in the control panel. It detected new drivers for my processor, in the hopes of trying to solve my problems with GTA and having no suspection for what is causing the problem with the game, I saw this driver update as a possible solution to the problem. I installed it. I think it might be causing this problem with my monitor.
I said all of that in the hopes of reflecting my ideas so that you folks can come up with your own. It would be arrogant to not tell something that could solve your problem.
