My monitor doesn't have the "stretch picture" controls...

Is there some kind of utility that allows me to stretch the picture in the monitor to it limits?

I'm on Windows Millenium, and my video is SiS integrated 730s. And yes I already looked at my video options and there's no picture size adjustment settings.

a couple years ago i had a pac bell mon thatwould not let me change the horizontal i threw it off my friends roof. there is not much you can do except increase refresh rate or change resolution
