I have never felt more emasculated than now, owning a 100+ dollar wallet. I'd ebay it - but I'd feel bad doing it 🙁
 
whatever, mom bought me my LV wallet too. I'd never drop 2 bills on a wallet, but since she did, it's the best wallet ever haha

Umm, Ryan. It's not 100 dollars for a Louis wallet. It's more like 6-700 dollars. My girlfriend wanted a ladies change purse, and it was 500...so, that tells you something.
 
My friends parents bought him an LV wallet also. Keep it, it is a gift from your mum.

No way in hell would I get something like that for myself. Just not worth it to me, but my £60 SureFire 6P is worth it to me. But not to most people though 😛

My Mom gave me a Cadillac and it has a coin holder in the arm rest so I don't have to get out my wallet when I cross a bridge.

I don't get why people brag about having cheap stuff. It's one thing to brag about getting good stuff for a cheap price, but when you're saying "Dud,e you spent $30k on a car?! I got mine for $600!" because you drive a '77 datsun that's falling apart, it's a bit different.

why pay $500+ for something thats hidden and you sit on 95% of the time?
 
Any idea if it's a true LV or a knock-off? She coulda gotten it from one of those markets where you get to haggle for everything.

Because my $8 wallet has probably lasted as longer, if not longer than your $800 dollar wallet and has done as good of a job. A '77 datsun is clearly a POS, unable to do a comparable job to a $30,000 car.

Basically, spending more on a car (to a point) is clearly worthwhile, spending more on a wallet is up for debate.

Pssst....wallet != purse. Purse is always going to be more expensive when it comes to name brands (has to do with the whole woman purse obsession thing).
