$10 in chinatown- comes with tags of authenticity, serial numbers, and everything.

I wasn't knocking his wallet, goof, I was relating my $15 wallet to BlinderBomber's $8 wallet. Mine was actually a gift from my kid, but that more or less means I paid for it since she was 4 at the time...

I don't have any idea - she just sent it to me, said she got it during one of her stops in Europe. Pretty ghetto if it's fake - but I'm not going to use it. My Fossil wallet does the job perfectly, and it nicely broken in 🙂

Umm, Ryan. It's not 100 dollars for a Louis wallet. It's more like 6-700 dollars. My girlfriend wanted a ladies change purse, and it was 500...so, that tells you something.

i always carry cash and use it as often as i can to pay for stuff.

I have the same one only in black, got it as a gift from my wife's parents...served me well for about five years, I know they didn't pay that much for it as it was gotten at the outlet store. Cheap wallets I had in the past wore out generally in a year, I echo the sentiments about products with labels all over them, if my wife wants them that is fine but personally you couldn't pay me to use anything that is "overbranded"

Most of my wallets are < $20 xmas gifts. If it weren't for that I'd still be using velcro.... or one of those duct tape wallets kids thought were so cool to make back in grade school. 😛
