My math skills are lacking

When it came time to tip the winch, one friend puts in $5. A second friend tips $3. I only have a $20 bill so I decide, well, I could take the $8 and put in my $20 and the winch would get an tip of $12. WRONG!

Don't try to do math when you're under the influence of alcohol...
