Pretty damn cool, very detailed. I'm curious though, how many times can you possibly say you're the coolest, biggest, happiest Nvidia fan? Lol. What's your main username? :sneaky:

As a big Lego fan, that is quite the undertaking. Great work on it.

You are going to need a slightly larger room to fit the rest of the computer in though 😛

Nice, I would not have the patience for something like this, I am amazed at what people can build out of legos

Now you need to do one of two things

1) build the rest of the computer to put that card in
or
2) put real computer inside the lego 690 card with that real 690 card 🙂

Jesus. Why dont you create a whole PC, plug the 690 into it and boot that powerhouse up.
You would have the strongest supercomputer

OP be honest....did JHH ask you to make a mock-up of an 8 series Maxwell for him for...errr...."Christmas" ?

You just made the ol' wood and screws look silly! 😛

Anyway...if you see someone photoshop their own face into it and post it on forums.....along with benchmarks......let us know!

It is rather heart-warming that a middle/upper class Chinese kid spends hours and hours assembling a video card, just like the rural kids do! 😉

Nice Job! I think Nvidia should award you a nice new shiny GTX 780ti for that. They should showcase it with your name on it.

super8844,

Where are you displaying this at now? Did Nvidia buy it from you (for like $20000) to display it at their HQ?

$1600 to build this? Well, all AMD (or one of the fans) has to do is spend $5000 for a considerably better/bigger version of their 290X!

[H] just put out a review stating that although some consider your lego GPU superior, the AMD lego GPU they tested was "nicer" and has more "sex appeal" when gaming on the Dallas Cowboy's jumbotron, so they have to give the win to them.

This is great. I'm surprised it was only $1600 to build, seems like the legos would cost more than that. Congrats!
