my mainboard and PAL8045?

I am looking to get the PAL8045 (with Papst 8412NGL fan, plus two of these fans more for my case -- if i can find a site that has them)

Here is a picture of my motherboard: Gigabyte 7DXR Do I have the neccessary space to install it?

i installed it on my ga7dx with no problem...i believe the dxr has the same layout
