It's a brand new screen and it's worked great for a few weeks, but since this morning, it comes on full brightness for a second when I power-on the machine, then goes dim (like when it's trying to save power) and stays dim. Doesn't matter whether I boot up into Mac or Windows.
Help! RRRRG.
Also of note, the brightness keys on the keyboard have never done anything in mac os, but they do work in windows... weird.
All this stuff is a new fairly new install.
