He bought jedi knight academy for $50, and a gamepad controller(?!) for $30. He tried it for a day then told me how he hates computer games and computer gamers are stupid etc... and yes he tried to play a fps type game with a controller.

i tried explaining that you need to use the keyboard and mouse, but he couldn't fathom using anything but a gamepad... his reasoning is that "i don't like the keyboard" lol

I think he was getting at the fact that Mac users are not gamers...

LoL, Awesome

Best joke of the day by far.

I don't think Key/Mouse would be as good for Mac users any way. Sure the WASD is the same, but its going to be a lot harder with one mouse button. Next he needs an mx510

I only recently starting using wasd. before that I prefered the arrow keys and before that I used a controller. I used a controller for Serious Sam:First Edition and loved it.

I think I agree. I tried presenting my MACE entertainment system to a mac forum and they started to tell me I was cheapening an already great mac-mini by taking out the bluetooth and dvi... It's like they missed the whole point to a gaming console...

Mac's have supported two-button mouses for a long time now. :p

Yup. It would using a modified osx kernel, but XBox runs a modified nt kernel, same premise.

Leave the Bluetooth in for wireless controllers with no ugly dongles, and DVI for bitchin' connectivity to HDTVs. :D

I certainly like the concept and page design. Apple tried hit you with a C&D yet? ;)
