Went there after work to use my Favorites coupon, since it was the last day for it, and was planning on leaving without spending a penny.
Well the lady says that my Fav thing is up. So I said I'd re-new, even though there's a weeks "grace" period. She then says they have Rules of Engagement (I rented A Few Good Men, so she figured I'd be interested) for $9.99 w/ $2 0ff.
I said "VHS right?". She said "nope DVD". I was like "WHERE?"!!! :Q
I went to the rack, and they didn't have a huge amount, but what they had was GOOD.
I got:
Gladiator
Skulls
Rules of Engagement
MI-2
Hollow Man
Titan A.E.
All for $47.94 plus tax ($51.30 w/ 7% RI state sales tax
).
So $8.55 a piece for some mint movies (not a scratch on any of em). Plus I have 30 days to get my money back. So keep your receipts.
She also said they'd be gone today. So check your local BB early if you want some cheap DVD's folks. I almost went, and hit the ATM myself. They had Chicken Run too, and I wanted it, but I had just went to the supermarket next door, and only had $60 left on me.
So. I went home broke, and happy.
And yes this is the two disc Gladiator one w/ the special features, and I'm itchin to see em.
Oh BTW this is the first time I've started a thread in Hot Deals, and I did a search.
So if any of you lamers want to jump down my throat like you do to everyone else that isn't as perfect as you. I'll get it out of the way right now.
