I teach 7th grade and I know that a lot of my students stay up much later than they should. What do you mean your parents aren't doing anything about it?! That's they're frickin' job! No offense but your parents need to lay the smack down on your sister before it gets too late(it may be already). Look at the Columbine guys, their parents didn't give a sh*t about them and let them do pretty much whatever, just as long as mommy and daddy weren't bothered. I'm not saying your sis will be a mass murderer but parents need to discipline their kids(sometimes very strictly)from day one or some of them are in for a life of hell and misery.

Meanwhile. Give her a bed time. Give her about 10 hours of sleeping time. I'm 19 and still sleep for 10 hours without waking up in the middle. The average for adults is 8 and 6 for elderly people. Younger people require more sleep.

And no having fun till your howework's done. After school she does homework.

1.5 is absolutely terrible.

When I was in highschool, I didn't try much, but still passed with a 2.5. That is the lowest it should go. That is a C grade.

2. TV
3. My own time to do my own things

Then again, none of those are limited in my case, and I'm getting awesome marks
